Empowering

Sue Ann did an amazing job coaching our MBA interns. Her highly engaging interactive kickoff helped all our teams (17 people) get to know each other and begin building positive relationships. She helped them define the team atmosphere that would allow them to do their best work. This included understanding how their individual strengths could positively contribute to the team. In addition, Sue Ann covered conflict resolution, team roles, and how to bring out the best in one another. The feedback we received about Sue Ann can be summed up in one word "empowered."  They all felt that Sue Ann had armed them with methods for communication, conflict resolution, and setting clear objectives that they knew would help them succeed in the future.
